Alex Lewis for Higham Hill

13 Sep 2023

On 26 October residents will have the chance to elect a new local councillor for Higham Hill. This is because your last Labour councillor has abandoned our area to try and become an MP thirty miles away.

Alex Lewis is not a career politician, he lives near Cheney Row Park with his young family.

Alex is concerned with the growing problem of violent crime in the area, and the large amount of graffiti and potholes making Higham Hill feel neglected and abandoned.

Announcing his candidacy, Alex said, “Everyone deserves to live in a place where they feel pride in their community. I want to put the needs of Higham Hill residents front and centre.”
